Unit 4 is a two story unit sleeping a maximum of eight people. It has two bedrooms a sleeping area, one bathroom a living area and kitchen.

Bedroom one is located upstairs. It is furnished with a queen size bed and  a trundle bed. Bedroom two is downstairs and has a trio bunk.  The sleeping area is located upstairs with a single bunk.

The living area,  kitchen, dining table, laundry and bathroom are located downstairs.

Bed linen, bath towels and all cooking equipment are provided. This unit is ideally situated across the road from the beautiful Esperance bay beaches, a large family park and a short stroll to the town centre.

Low season ~ $ 150.00 per night up to 4 persons.

High season ~ $170.00 per night up to 4 persons.

Extra person $35.00
